System Requirements

To optimize your usage of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, we kindly advise adhering to the following system requirements:

Recommended Server Configuration:

The WPBakery Page Builder relies on official WordPress requirements.

• PHP Version: 7.4 or higher;
• MySQL version: 8.0 or higher or MariaDB 10.4 or higher;
• HTTPS support

Required PHP extensions:

• Zip (read more here);
• cURL (read more here);
• Exif (read more here);
• GD (read more here).

The minimum memory limit is 256MB.

For installation, the upload_max_filesize should be greater than 7MB.

Browser Compatibility:

The WPBakery Page Builder depends on WordPress browser requirements and supports the latest versions of the following browsers:

• Safari; 
• Edge;
• Chrome;
• Firefox;
• iOS Safari.

Note: The WPBakery Page Builder does not support older browsers like Internet Explorer or Safari (macOS/iOS) up to 12th version.

This also means some functionality and styles of your published content (pages/posts) might be missing for these browsers.

Devices compatibility:

The WPBakery Page Builder editor supports all major devices. This means that you are able to create and edit pages with the following devices:

• Desktop.
