I cannot update my license after site has been migrated to live

In order to update be able to update your license after the site has been migrated to live, you need to manually update the plugin to the latest version, and then reactivate the license on the live site:

  1. Open the live site and navigate to WP Dashboard -> Plugins;
  2. Locate WPBakery Page Builder and click the ‘Update now’ link;
  3. Once the update is complete, you will see a message confirming that the plugin has been updated;
  4. Click on the ‘Activate’ link.

Once the license has been reactivated, future updates should be able to be performed as auto-updates.
