To apply for a refund for the WPBakery Page Builder within 15 days after a purchase, you will need to contact our support:
- Log in to the Support Portal – support.wpbakery.com and navigate to the ‘Support’ tab;
- Open a support ticket.
- Provide your license number and explain why you would like a refund.
- Provide any additional information that the support team may need to process your refund request, such as screenshots of the issue you’re experiencing.
- Submit a ticket.
