Support Plus license
WPBakery Plus brings together additional products and benefits available to WPBakery Page Builder users.
Support Plus is a subscription service that gives you extra features and benefits for the WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
Every WPBakery license purchased directly from WPBakery includes one year of Premium Support. Support Plus is optional and can be added when purchasing a license or when renewing your support.
How Support Plus works
Every WPBakery Page Builder license purchased directly from WPBakery includes one year of support.
During this period, you have access to:
- Support through the WPBakery ticket system
- One-click plugin updates from the WordPress dashboard
- The WPBakery Template Library with 85+ prebuilt layouts
When you purchase a WPBakery Page Builder license, you can get Support Plus from year one with a discount (normal renewal rate applies) by adding it during the checkout. Support Plus adds:
- Priority support
- Access to WPBakery Plus products, including Elements Plus
- Templatera $12
- Easy Tables $12
- Automatic yearly renewal
- WPBakery AI with 20,000 credits per month
- Typography features for Google and Adobe Fonts
- WPBakery Loyalty Program discounts (see below)

Support Plus vs standard support
After your initial support period ends, you can continue your WPBakery support in two ways:
Support Plus subscription
Renews automatically each year and includes priority support, Templatera, Easy Tables and Loyalty Program discounts.
Manual support renewal
Extends your standard support for another year with a one-time payment. It does not include the additional Support Plus subscription benefits.
Both options maintain access to support, one-click updates, the Template Library, WPBakery AI, and typography features while your support period is active.
How to get or renew Support Plus
To manage Support Plus for an existing WPBakery license:
- Log in to the WPBakery Customer Center.
- Open the Licenses
- Select the license you want to manage.
- Open the available renewal options.
- Choose the Support Plus subscription.
WPBakery sends a reminder before your current support period expires. If your support has already expired, you can renew it later from the Customer Center.
WPBakery Loyalty Program
Active Support Plus subscribers automatically participate in the WPBakery Loyalty Program.

The discount is applied automatically when an active Support Plus subscription renews.
If you cancel the subscription, you lose the accumulated Loyalty Program discount. If you subscribe again later, the loyalty discount starts again from the beginning.

Does every WPBakery license include Support Plus?

What happens when my first year of support ends?
You can either renew standard support manually for another year or subscribe to Support Plus for automatic yearly renewal and the additional Support Plus benefits.

Yes. You can cancel your Support Plus subscription before the next renewal. Your current paid support period remains active until its expiration date.
Do I lose my WPBakery license if Support Plus expires?
No. Your WPBakery Page Builder license remains valid. However, features tied to an active support period, including one-click updates, ticket support, the Template Library, WPBakery AI, and typography features, require active support.
