How to get official WPBakery Page Builder support

2. Log in to your WPBakery account.
3. Open a support ticket and provide the requested information about your issue

If WPBakery Page Builder was included with a WordPress theme and you do not have a direct WPBakery license, support for the bundled version is provided by the theme author.

How to log in to the WPBakery Customer Center

If you purchased WPBakery Page Builder directly from wpbakery.com, a WPBakery account is created for the email address associated with your purchase.

Use this account to log in to the WPBakery Customer Center, where you can manage your licenses, support access and other WPBakery services.

If you already have a WPBakery account, a new license purchased with the same account is added to your existing account.

How to renew WPBakery support

Every WPBakery Page Builder license purchased directly from WPBakery includes one year of Premium Support.

After the included support period ends, you can renew your support in two ways:

• Premium Support renewal - renew support manually for another year with a one-time payment.
• Support Plus - subscribe to automatic yearly renewal and receive additional benefits, including priority support and access to the WPBakery Loyalty Program.

The WPBakery Loyalty Program gives active Support Plus subscribers an additional 5% discount on the renewal price for each consecutive subscription year, up to a maximum discount of 50%.

To renew support, log in to the WPBakery Customer Center, open the Licenses section, and select the renewal option for your license.

Purchased WPBakery Page Builder on CodeCanyon?

If you purchased WPBakery Page Builder on CodeCanyon, you need to import your license into the WPBakery Customer Center.

1. Create a WPBakery account if you do not already have one.
2. Log in to the WPBakery Customer Center.
3. Open the Licenses section.
4. Select the option to import your CodeCanyon license.
5. Log in to CodeCanyon when prompted to complete the import.

After the license has been imported, it will be available in your WPBakery account for license management and activation.
