FAQ

I can't upload logo/favicon in theme options page. What I'm doing wrong?

Sometimes inserting image into the Custom logotype field doesn't work. Here's a workaround for that.

Go to the Media section and delete logo that you uploaded earlier. Then upload that logo again, but throw the Media->Add New. Save it. Go to the theme options page and try inserting logo from Media library.

On your demo site in Page 2 example you have a vimeo video, how can I do that?

This is a free plugin called Viper's Video Quicktags and it's available for free in the WordPress plugins repository.

Can I insert 3rd party shortcodes?

Yes. In the WYSIWYG editor you can insert [shortcodes] as usual. Basic scenario: Insert Text Block from Content Elements section, click Edit button and in the editor, enter your shortcode or place it between existing text content.

Install error. "The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template."

You are getting this message because you forgot to unzip archive file that you downloaded from Themeforest. Please unzip that file, inside of it you’ll find help.pdf and theme_name.zip. And then upload theme_name.zip inside of the Wordpress theme installer, after that your theme will be installed successfully.
